    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Support of processes and procedures related to the application of grants and loans on student accounts as well as general financial aid application processes and other clerical support work that supports the financial aid office functions.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assists, maintains and monitors traffic flow in the Financial Aid Office.
    • Assists with processing applications through established review and routing procedures.
    • Assists students with application corrections and processing problems via electronic processes.
    • Contacts prospective applicants, parents, and lending and grant agencies by telephone and through written correspondence as needed to assist in the financial aid application process.
    • Responds to questions from students and parents via email.
    • Assists in monitoring the total financial aid package of students to identify cases of over-awards or inappropriate awards.
      Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.

    Job Description

    The Front Desk Representative (FDR) is the initial interface for potential students and is important to the overall image of the campus (professionalism, credibility, etc.). Initial questions are answered and determinations are made by the FDR to properly screen and direct calls whether they are prospective students, clinical sites, partners, vendors, employees, or active students.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Answers phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating a good image of the school.
    • Greets all incoming students, families and guests respectfully and professionally.
    • Assists in all aspects of maintaining a professional front office, including but not limited to, fielding and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff member in a timely, professional manner, filing and copying and faxing of sensitive information.
    • Develops a positive, welcoming and caring climate in the Front Office.
    • Consistently exhibits high standards of professional conduct.
    • Effectively perform all other duties as assigned by Director.
    • Arrives punctually, be prepared .
    • Requires basic clerical skills and knowledge of office practices and procedures that involve the operation of standard office equipment such as personal computer, copier, fax, and associated equipment that can be learned on the job within several months.

    Job Description

    The Admissions Representative is responsible for conducting career planning sessions and presenting potential students with the information needed to make well-informed enrollment decisions. Successful enrollment is accomplished by providing excellent customer service, listening to the needs and career aspirations of potential students, resolving all issues, concerns and questions related to enrollment, following the admissions process, policies and procedures and adhering to the highest ethical standards.


    Responsibilities:

    • Performs as a Campus/Campus Support professional in creating and delivering unique, memorable, extraordinary and personal student experiences.
    • Using inquiries furnished through advertising and personally developed leads (PDLs), calls potential students and arranges for them to visit the school.
    • Follows-up with inquiries to ensure a successful visit.
    • Conducts career planning sessions and presents clear and accurate information on the career, curriculum, and employment opportunities.
    • Understands each potential student’s career goals, personal and professional interests and recommends programs to fit their goals and interests.
    • Completes all paperwork for the application/enrollment process, including entering complete and accurate student information into the Lead Management system.
    • Evaluates and resolves student questions, issues and problems related to the admissions process and ensures appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student and/or regulatory agencies in compliance with policy, procedures, and legal requirements.
    • Ensures potential students have all the information needed to make a well informed enrollment decision, including clarification and understanding of the students’ personal, monthly, financial commitment.
    • Collaborates with financial services office to ensure the student’s financial concerns are understood and addressed throughout the entire admissions process.
    • Follow-ups with enrolled students to ensure a successful orientation and educational experience. Provides extraordinary personal attention to each prospective student to address questions or concerns before and after the first day of class.
    • Completes all necessary admissions paperwork and documents required information and on activity reports in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Demonstrates regulatory excellence throughout all steps of the admissions process.
    • Maintains integrity and confidentiality of student information in all conversations and when processing or accessing student information.
    • Attends all admissions meetings and training sessions.
    • Utilizes effective time management skills in order to make efficient use of work hours.
    • Always conducts self in a professional and positive manner.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by manager.

    Educational requirements: HS Diploma.
    Experience requirements:

    • Must have a minimum of 1 year Prior post secondary admission experience required.
    • Sales or marketing experience preferred.

    We are currently seeking talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Medical Assistant instructors to teach in a rapidly growing and stable program.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Participate in student retention efforts. Instructors are expected to remind students of missed assignments and encourage and maintain participation of all students on your roster, and promptly identify and assist “at risk” students, referring these students for appropriate assistance.
    • Prepare and provide all lecture, laboratory and clinical instruction according to the required curriculum.
    • Follow current course outlines, objectives, and evaluation mechanisms.
    • Maintain a lesson plan of daily instructional events.
    • Monitor student attendance and retention and document as required by the administration.
      Process course end grades according to policy.
    • Grade assignments, return graded assignments to students, and assign final grades for all students in a timely manner.
    • Provide educational assistance to students during regularly scheduled times (i.e., office hours) or by appointment.
    • Advise students as it relates to school policies, satisfactory performance, etc. Maintain communication with the Program Manager regarding such activity.
    • Maintain professional appearance.
    • Communicate with the Program Manager on all issues related to students.
    • Maintain professional expertise (faculty development) to meet accreditation standards by attending educational seminars in the professional field, reading current literature, attending online courses, etc.
    • Attend all scheduled mandatory meetings.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be an experienced Medical Assistant with current license(s), certification(s), registration(s), and credential(s) as required by local, state and/or federal laws.
    • Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of occupational experience in the Medical Assisting field or related field.
    • Associates degree, in field or related, is preferred but not required.
    • Previous teaching experience is encouraged but not required.
    • Standardized curriculum will be provided.


    Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-2:15pm.
    and/or Monday-Thursday 6pm-10pm.

     

    Job Description:
    CNA Instructor will serve as an advisor, trainer, educator and evaluator and will assist and support the facility Administrator and Director of Nursing goals related to nurse aide students training and retention. 

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Complete retention tracking with class attendees.
    • Recommend policy and procedure changes and/or updates, as needed.
    • Research other training methods, materials and resources.
    • Guide and support nurse aide students through testing and certification.
    • Actively assist and participate in the enhancement of the lives of our residents through our dedicated approach to training and retention
      Prepare lesson plans based on the nurse aide curriculum.
    • Effectively communicate and train nurse aide students Facilitate regular C N A Training Class Communicate with the Administrator and Director of Nursing any concerns with C N A students’ progress throughout the duration of the class.
    • Complete Skills Check off and promote proficiency.
    • Evaluate nurse aides upon completion of the class for assurance of knowledge obtained.
    • Educational/Training Requirements Qualifications.
    • Must possess a current FL LPN licensure.
    • The Instructor will assist in creating, revising, updating and implementing any policies and procedures or forms and educational materials as related to C N A training class.
    • The instructor will be responsible for the lecture, training, and clinicals of nurse aide students through testing and certification.


    Experience Requirements: Experience teaching a Certified Nurse Aide Class is highly preferred.
    Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time
    Hours: Monday-Thursday: Days 8am-2pm and Evenings 6pm-10pm
    Some Fridays may be required.

    Pay rate is negotiable depending on experience Monday-Thursday, no weekends. Fridays are optional for tutoring.
